If you move forward with our Planning Phase, that consultation fee is fully credited.

As a leading basement remodel contractor, we will create layout options along with 3D renderings to visualize your dream basement. During this Planning Phase (typically around $1,500, depending on the size and complexity of your project), we develop three unique basement layout and design concepts. Each option is crafted to meet your needs while offering creative upgrades and thoughtful features.
You'll be guided through your custom finished basement design options during a virtual meeting, where we'll explain the reasoning behind every measurement, layout decision, and feature choice. After gathering your feedback, we’ll refine your favorite ideas into a final, consolidated plan. Best of all, you’ll fully own your basement construction and design plan, giving you the freedom to compare bids from other contractors — or, if you choose us for your kitchen renovation, we’ll credit the full Planning Phase fee toward your build!
