First, we need to get to know you. We’ll meet with you in your space to talk about your vision, lifestyle, needs, style and budget for your home renovation. Together during our meeting, we will brainstorm various layouts, as well as comb through various features and specific requirements. We also take precise measurements, capture photographs, and I will conduct a thorough inspection of your space, noting any structural considerations, utility access points, and potential challenges. Together we’ll cover everything from building requirements and codes, to aesthetic preferences while absorbing as many details as possible.

Step 2: Planning

Efficient Space Planning

Next, I will design potential detailed floor plans, incorporating all the aspects discussed during the initial consultation. My attention to detail, design and building codes really drives me to go the extra mile, offering you 2-3 complimentary blueprints and renderings allowing you to visualize the finished product ahead of time. Lastly, I also provide a 15-30 minute follow-up call and a final permit-ready blueprint and rendering.

Detailed Scope of Work

Most renovation issues arise from gray areas, so combing through any and all potential options will help to reduce this problematic area.
